      The purchase is completed when the customer receives the confirmation email.<\/p>\n

        The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without stating a reason, except if:<\/p>\n\n

        • the workshop has already been conducted,<\/li>\n\n
        • the service has already been fully performed,<\/li>\n\n
        • it concerns an event with a specific date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          In case of cancellation by the customer:<\/p>\n\n

          • up to 7 days before the service date: 100% refund<\/li>\n\n
          • in case of an event with a specific date: no refund is possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop. In this case, the customer has the right to: <\/p>\n\n

            • a refund of the purchase price or<\/li>\n\n
            • transfer of registration to another date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n

              7. Liability<\/h2>\n\n

              Personal growth workshops are not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment.<\/p>\n\n

              Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions. <\/p>\n

              The competent court for dispute resolution is in Slovenia.
