- The customer enters the required information.
- The customer completes the payment.
- After successful payment, the customer receives a confirmation by email.
- The ticket serves as proof of registration.
The purchase is completed when the customer receives the confirmation email.
5. Payment

The ticket is valid upon receipt of payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without stating a reason, except if:
- the workshop has already been conducted,
- the service has already been fully performed,
- it concerns an event with a specific date.
In case of cancellation by the customer:
- up to 7 days before the service date: 100% refund
- in case of an event with a specific date: no refund is possible
The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop. In this case, the customer has the right to:
- a refund of the purchase price or
- transfer of registration to another date.
7. Liability
Personal growth workshops are not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment.
Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
8. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is defined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
The competent court for dispute resolution is in Slovenia.
The provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent.
