Systemic Constellations
Systemic Constellations are a method for understanding deeper, often unconscious dynamics in personal and business systems.
When order is established within a system, energy is released for clearer functioning, healthier relationships, and more stable leadership.
"Every system finds its power when things are in their proper place."

Family Constellations
Family Systemic Constellations allow us to see the bigger picture. Not through stories or analysis, but through direct experience of the system.

A systemic approach in organisations
Business systemic constellations provide clear insight into these deeper, often unconscious dynamics. They stem from the understanding that every organization has its own order, its own history, and its own internal logic of operation. When order is not respected or is disrupted, the system begins to lose stability, clarity, and strength.

Frequently asked questions
What are systemic constellations and how do they work?
Systemic constellations allow us to see what usually remains hidden within a family system or within organisations and relationships. We see the dynamics that influence decisions, relationships, and outcomes. Instead of analysis, a real picture of the system emerges. When things are placed in their proper place, movement begins—entirely without force. This is a method that brings clarity where there was previously a great deal of thinking and little movement.
Who is this method suitable for?
For individuals and leaders who:
- are facing decisions without a clear answer
- notice recurring patterns (in relationships or business)
- feel that “something is not flowing,” but do not know why
- want to see the bigger picture, not just the symptoms
If you are looking for quick answers without responsibility, then constellations are not the right path. If you are ready to look at the truth your system is showing you, then you are in the right place.
Do I need to know what I want to resolve?
Not necessarily. It is enough to sense that something is not right or that you want more clarity. In the process, a deeper cause often emerges that you did not see before. Only one thing matters: that you come open and ready to look.
How does the workshop work?
We work in a group or individually.
In the group process:
- someone sets up their topic
- others participate as representatives
- through the constellation, the system dynamics are revealed
What is distinctive about our work:
we often use hidden constellations, where participants do not know whom or what they represent, which eliminates “thinking” and gives us pure insights.
Can constellations be emotionally intense?
Yes. We touch real dynamics that carry weight. Sometimes strong insights or emotional responses arise. However, the process is guided, safe, and solution-focused—not about opening things up without closure.
Do I have to share my topic with others?
No. In hidden constellations, the topic remains private. The group does not know what it is about, and that is precisely why the work is often even deeper. Confidentiality is a fundamental rule.
What if I do not want to set up my topic?
You can participate as a representative. This is not a passive role. Very often, participants gain important insights for themselves precisely through taking part in others’ constellations.
How do I prepare for a constellation?
Preparation is simple but important, as it enables a clearer and more effective process.
For family constellations – Before the session, prepare a basic family tree (genogram) and bring it with you.
Include:
- parents, grandparents (if possible)
- partners, former partners
- children (including miscarriages, losses, premature deaths)
- important events (illnesses, losses, divorces, exclusions, etc.)
It is not about perfection, but about key information that helps you see the bigger picture of the system.
For business constellations – Before the session, complete a short questionnaire that you receive upon registration.
The questionnaire includes:
- basic information about the organisation or team
- a description of the challenge or situation
- key roles and relationships in the system
- your goal or question
This allows us to focus quickly on what matters during the workshop and not waste time on introductory explanations.
- come well-rested and present
- take time for yourself (without rushing)
- do not come under the influence of alcohol or other substances
Most importantly: come open and ready to look.
What happens after a constellation?
The process does not conclude at the workshop. Insights are often integrated for days or weeks afterward. There is no need to analyze or explain to others. The greatest value comes when you start living the change.
Can constellations replace therapy or professional help?
No. Constellations are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. However, they are an extremely powerful tool for understanding and shifting.
Anita and Martina
We are Anita Mežek and Martina Martinčič, facilitators of systemic constellations.
Our shared journey began during training in business systemic constellations, where we recognized a kinship in our thinking, our feel for systems, and our working methods. From a professional encounter, trust, friendship, and business collaboration gradually developed.
Our collaboration is based on complementarity, clear communication, and a shared vision, which is to support individuals, leaders, and organizations in establishing order, clarity, and long-term stability within their systems.
Our Approach
Our work is based on the understanding that families/organizations are not just a collection of individuals, but living systems with their own history, order, and laws, and this is an advantage and uniqueness compared to other forms of coaching and moderation.
We do not work according to pre-prepared models or offer universal solutions. We treat each system as unique and work with what is truly present at any given moment. This allows for quick insight into the core issues and clear, well-founded steps.
We don't waste time with lengthy analyses or blame-finding, but instead create a safe and neutral space where the system can reveal itself as it is. That's where change begins.
For us, it is important that the work does not remain at the level of insight. We focus on stable shifts that have a practical effect – in decision-making, relationships, and leadership. Results often appear quickly, and their effects are long-lasting.
We work with individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations who are prepared to look beyond the surface, take responsibility, and act more consciously.
Once order is established within the system, its potential can unfold naturally, and challenges can be resolved.
