Immersion in sound for calming and regulation

Sound bath

A sound bath is a group or individual process in which participants lie down or sit and surrender to the sound field. I facilitate it using various therapeutic sound instruments, whose vibrations and frequencies create a rich, multi-layered sound experience.

During a sound bath, deep relaxation is often activated, mental activity settles, and there is a greater sense of presence in the body. The process supports a transition from a state of tension to a state of greater regulation, allowing inner processes to unfold naturally, without effort or guidance.

Direct Work with the Body and Vibration

Sound Massage

Sound massage is an individual form of work that I perform using a Tibetan singing bowl. The bowl is placed on the body or in its immediate vicinity, and the vibrations spread through the body into deeper layers of tissue and perception.

The vibration of the singing bowl acts as a gentle yet highly effective impulse that helps the body rediscover its own rhythm and balance. The process takes place in silence or with minimal words, as the emphasis is on bodily experience and inner perception.

I perform sound work based on professional education and practical training in the field of therapeutic use of sound and vibration.

I completed my education within:
– Sound Academy Level I and II (Studio Svetal)
– Specialized workshops on sound massage and therapeutic work with vibration (Studio Sistrum)
In my work, I combine a structured approach, an intuitive sense for the individual, and experience working with the body, the nervous system, and deeper internal processes.
